The MD of the company subscribes to a roll-up-your-sleeve work ethic and is always in the thick of things. From small beginnings, he has taken the company to a position of eminence by dint of sheer hard work, clear vision and commitment to the customer. His philosophy in life is very simple-provide homes that suit every budget that can nurture many happy families. Having realized that the measure of quality will always be judged through the eyes of customers and knowing fully well that only customer satisfaction can spur growth, he has from inception created long-term relationships to keep them happy.

Right from the beginning he loves to hear what the customer wants, understand their needs and as a team behind him that can deliver to the customer satisfaction. He cut his teeth building huge edifices for offices, Schools, housing colonies, Industrial complexes and telecom towers.

Today, Karuna Boopathy with over 30+ years of experience in the Construction Industry continues to demonstrate his leadership in residential development through Design innovation, Superior craftsmanship, and responsiveness to the needs of his customers.

He is a social worker and has served as a District Governor, District 324B1, Lions Club International. He has the past chairman of the Builders Association of India Coimbatore centre. He has received the award for “Excellence and Extraordinary Execution of Residential Space” from the governor of Tamil Nadu.
